Update: 01/29/06: This site states that is is only available from Russia, so you will need to configure your browser with a russian proxy ip address to access it. Here is one, it may be slow, but it is working: 62.117.80.34 port: 3128.

ftp.anyhost.ru/books/ is now again online and available to all web users outside of Russia. They had restricted access for a couple of months, but have recently lifted that and all of their hosted computer, programming, web development, Windows, Linux, and Cisco books are again freely available.
